These terms apply to your use of eznikcosmetics.com and to all orders placed with ÉZNIK Cosmetics (EZNIK (Private) Limited), DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We try to show our products, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. Product packaging may change slightly over time. Skincare results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific results.

2. Safe use

Our products are for external use only. Please read the product information before use and do a patch test on a small area of skin first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care, please consult a doctor before use. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices or offers at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when it is confirmed and dispatched. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if the order cannot be confirmed. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery is free and usually takes 2–3 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only for broken, faulty or wrong products reported within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless stated. We may withdraw an offer at any time.

8. Reviews and content

If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you allow ÉZNIK Cosmetics to share them on our website and social media. We will not edit your words in a way that changes their meaning.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, product images and text, belongs to ÉZNIK Cosmetics and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of the products purchased.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
