Shipping Policy

ÉZNIK Cosmetics delivers across Pakistan. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders. There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days of being placed. Remote areas, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays can occasionally add extra time. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Checking your parcel

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is badly damaged, or a product is broken or leaking, take photos or a short video and contact us as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
